Day 3 - Tea Appreciation @ Mao Kong, Mu Zha
























看罗老师示范茶道就知道她是这方面的高手!接下来,同学们也亲手沏茶。老师和同学们一同举起饮杯,喝一小口,让茶水由舌尖经口腔缓缓往下流入咽喉中,顿觉满嘴清香,甘甜甘甜的……这种美妙的滋味,是非笔墨所能形容的。
















This place was awesome! The air was fresh and the scenery pristine. We were high up in the mountain and we had a delicious spread of food before the tea appreciation started. I am not a fan of tea but our students were kind enough to explain to me what the processes were and why the pouring of the tea or the appreciation of the smell of the tea was important. As I looked at the students, they were quite serious in getting the steps right, learning to inhale the scent of the tea and even were very meticulous in making sure that they didn't spill the tea when they had to overturn the cup. - Mr Dass

上了一整天忙碌的课后,我们驱车前往木栅,一个称得上是喝茶者的天堂——“猫空”。猫空实际上是一个观光茶园,位于台湾规模最大的木栅动物园旁边的山上。从台北市区过一段高速路,穿过一个隧道,就到了猫空。这里的茶农从山下到山上开起了许多茶室,错落有致地分布在山路的两边。据导游先生介绍:每逢夜晚或周末,这里是台北人邀好友上山品茶的首选去处。在参与茶艺教学之前,全体师生先享用一顿丰盛的晚餐。看着桌上色香味俱全的美食,大家为之垂涎三尺!
